Due to the digital and consulting nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Coaching sessions, consulting appointments, digital downloads, online courses, and training materials are non-refundable once purchased or delivered.
Subscription services may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing period.
